You could do a lot with just those frozen concentrates...I was thinking you could make the juice, then freeze it in ice trays...to make it easier to blend. And to get multiple flavors so you can mix them up together.
You'd just need a lot of ice trays  , unless you can get those individual 12-16 oz bottles like you can get out of vending machines or QT. 
Hell, now I want to hit QT and buy a couple bottles of juice to try this for myself...  |

Actually, I just used this old water-bottle Shino had and stuck the juice in the freezer for about 4 hours.
I only got one kind of juice yesterday (there's not much selection as Wal-Mart that doesn't include either orange juice or some kind of puree, which I avoid just to be sure). I didn't think about concentrates, I'll have to have a look at them.
Anyhow, tried a berry mix that's -fantastic- because I love berries better than any other fruit anyhow (and peaches. Who doesn't love peaches?) and it was lovely. I'll probably stick it in the freezer again today. |

So, you know how everyone says fish is brain food, right? Well, it is MUCH more than that! Fish, especially salmon, tuna and whitefish (mahimahi, cod, halibut) contain high amounts of Omega-3 Fatty Acids! Omega-3's are good for just about everything: They promote arterial health, brain functions and joint health in major ways. I would recomend eating three portions of fish a week. And if you don't like fish you can always take Fish Oil supplements.

ooo ooo ooo Costco has 4lb bags of mixed frozen berries for $10.
Blueberries, Raspberries, and technically Blackberries
They also have some other frozen fruits too at around comparable prices.
...and Vanilla Soy 3 1/2 gallons for $6+
Makes for cheaper and easier smoothies!  |
