Bishop is being held on $100,000 bail in the county jail on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim younger than 12 years old, lewd and lascivious exhibition by a person older than 17 years old and lewd and lascivious conduct by a person older than 17.

ok, more often than not, when I read things like this, the people being accused seem to already have pasts in abuse...so if they have multiple incidents, how the hell do they continue to get out to do this to more children?
Can't there be a 2 or 3 strikes rule and you get prison for life or something? I mean jesus, if you cant control yourself, and just hAVE to fondle some child, then stay in jail, you wont be any use to society anyways.  |
