That was definately the play of the game, and definately why Manning got the MVP. I was watching the game at UP's apartment, and after that play, me and her brother jumped up screaming and the dog was like, "WTF?!?!"

I'm not really a football fan, but after watching last night, I decided that I'm going to make an effort to follow it next season. Once you get into it, it really is a lot of fun, and very exciting. I think it's definiately more fun than following baseball.

What could I say that Carl hasn't already said.

The G-Men will always hold a special place in my heart. Smile The hubs and I saw them make the playoffs while we were in a pub on New Years Eve in New York back in 2005 the day after we got engaged.

Toomer's sideline catch. DUDE!
Awesome Defense! DUDE!
Eli's sack break. DUDE!
Tyree's helmet catch. DUDE!
Multiple Brady sacks. DUDE!
Throwing squishy footballs at the wall at 6 foot tall projection of that sloppy Belichick....PRICELESS! (especially after leaving his team alone on the field for the 1 second play - what a rat)

My friend and I finished watching the game and were screaming THE GIANTS WON!! at the top of our lungs, when we determined that this was probably the best Super Bowl game we both have seen in our lives, and will probably be one of the best games we will ever be privvy to watch.

Both teams played superbly, both teams had amazing plays - The Patriots were a tough team to play, but apply pressure to Mr. Brady, and the game was won. Epic game, nothing less than that.

And now to get ready for the baseball season Very Happy

I was actually just looking up Arena Football. I went to a game a very long time ago, back when the New York City Hawks still existed. But that was before I knew anything about football. I think I may check it out!
