The next morning:
-Kei gets up and goes out fishing for some food.-

[Zzyxx]

Zzyxx roused himself from his meditation and looked at teh dragon.
"So, you and i will be training togethor then. You know my body was once shared by a dragon spirit. Granted it was evil, but you may find i understand you more than you think. Now, lets begin. I'll give you ten seconds to prepare."

[Kothar_Isk]

Trenton stands up and streches, then he sits and stares at Zzyxx with a piercing gaze.

Kothar awakes to the sound of Kei leaving and quickly get up. Not knowing if he should stay or follow he steps outside. Looking around he spots several large birds in the trees and silently he begins his hunt for breackfast. Magic quiets his movment and once in range several steel shards wisp through the air and a perched bird falls.
Kothar takes his meal back to camp and hastly beging to get it ready to eat.

It's been a day since kothar and keihave begun their jouney, kei is outside of a large river bed just about a few miles outside from his camp. There he is fishing not with rod or reels but with his hands, he calls over to kothar, "Hey boy, come and begin your training."

Kothar hears his sense call for him and sets down his meal. Running over to where Kei stands in the stream Kothar began to try to catch a few fish with his hands.

"No, you can't just throw your hands in the water like that. You see fish don't use their eyes they use their ears... in order to catch a fish you must be silent.. Kei demonstrates, "concentrate, and listen" kei closes his eyes and begins to listen... "I hear it" he says to kothar. Kei begins to move his hands in a slow circular motion in the water."I got it." ^_^ kei pulls out two fish with both hands in a scoop. "See you have to think like a fish use your ears and move slowly then when the time is right make your swoop. (This lesson in away is to teach kothar to strike when the time is right in battle, and use your senses well.) "Perhaps the boy will catch the hidden lesson in this teaching. Not only in catching fish but in battle as well." he thought to himself ^_^ "Now try it again!"

Kothar listens to Kei and then slowly returns his hands to the water. Slowing his movements he listens for a long while cirleing his hands in the water. after a few minutes and two failed attemps Kothar finnally catches a fish. Kothar carefully returns that fish to the water and begins again. This time catching a fish in a only a minute or so.
Once again he releases the fish and returns his hand to the water.

^_^ "hmm seems he got the leeson down." Kei thinks to himself as he watches Kothar improve.

[Zzyxx]

As soon as Zzyxx cfinished counting to ten, he unleashed an icy orb of cold at Trenton without even looking at the dragon.
"Lesson one: Defence in all manners. I will not teach you with words, but by pushing you until you learn for yourself what you are capable of. At teh end the session i will critique your performance. YOu will learn slowly, but completely. And be prepared, the only way to learn completly is to come to the very edge of death and scoff at it. I expect you to attack me with leathal force. I will do the same to you."
Zzyxx turned around, his expression, demeanor, and speach were as icy as a glacier. His eyes showed nothing but cold resolve to see his exercise through.

Kei continues catching fish not just for breakfast but for the rest of their jouney for training he strings them up and hands them over his shoulder in a bag. "Boy it is time for us to continue northward, the snow is gone, let us continue towards the peak of the mountin." With that kei starts trudging up the bamboo hill side.
