Every time I see things like this, I like the World of Warcraft card game (and World of Warcraft in general) more and more. I love the fact that Upper Deck has created a well-balanced and fun game that can be played on many different levels, and yet they don't take themselves so seriously so that they can't give (or consider giving) the fans cool stuff like this. (If you'd like a list of other parody World of Warcraft cards, let me know and I'll post them...there are lots.)
The only sad part is that Colbert's people didn't accept the idea. However, some people said that Colbert didn't even see the card, and are trying to find ways to get him to see it. He's apparently an avid gaming fan, and would most likely fully embrace the idea.
