Ok I basicly I decided to make this topic because I would like some tips, hints, pointers , anything to help me make my PO's look more like PO's no doubt practice is a major key. But any other constructive cirticism is apreciated. So here I go.

Patience is a big thing too.
You wanna keep plugging away, keep practicing, keep striving and trying to better yourself and your art style. I find that the longer I take to work on something the better it turns out in the end. Try some unique original stuff, take it nice and slow. Patience, Patience, Patience. Maybe PO art style is what you should be striving for right away. I would say try to hone your own unique style, work on becoming an all around better artist before you try to tackle something big. Get some art books, look at tutorials, sign up on an artist message board and ask questions about artistic techniques. (Shading, Inking, Coloring etc.). Other than that all I can provide is words of encouragement, keep practicing, honing your skill and someday you might be a great artist.

Below is the critique of the submission that fit closest to the PO style from all that you contributed. Don't feel discouraged but we need to make certain anyone who is considered to work on the art team must meet certain guidelines - those mentioned in the thread and the tutorial.

You may wish to practice a bit more on your anatomy and dynamics - how the body flows and bends. Once you understand those elements then you will be able to manipulate them. Make sure that when you find the style it remains consistent.

Ok on this one I basicly went with the PO baseline for proportions.
I gave it a more defined jawline raised the shoulders, and tried my best to give if a life like and realistic stance. I made sure the clothes, don't line up with the body or other clothes. raised the nose, and gave connection lines to show more difinition to the hair.

Please feel free to crit again, I apreciate everyones comments, please keep them coming.

That's a pretty marked improvement. The head seems still a little out of proportion (too big) for the PO chibi style, but it's not bad at all. None of these are bad.
