Ok as you can recall awhile back I posted a topic on here about some dvds I ordered from an ebay seller, by the name of jpanpop and we discussed the estimated arival time I would recieve them. Well the 11 days had come and past and still no show, so I emailed him and asked him to please resend the item it was never recieved. Well it's been a month since I've sent out that email. So I emailed him again tonight asking for an update on the status of the item. I also asked him if he wouldn't mind providing any kind of document or paper work as proof if the item has indeed been sent or not. From what I have learned so far is some people will just tell you what ever the hell you want to hear just to get you off their backs. let me tell you guys now, It doesn't work that way with me. I will keep going until i get my item. ^_^ or the coperate has been aprehended and taken what they have coming to them.

I just wanted to ask you guys if you think me asking for documentation on the item, is a good idea or a bad idea. Because to me it's a rather good one because my trust with this seller has deplimished in the last 2 months. If I don't recieve my item this time I will report him to ebay, and expose him to all.

Update: Sunday Nov,3,2005 3:06AM I checked my mail just a minute ago, and the email dind't go through mailer deamian emailed me telling me they've given up on sending the email through. So I'll have to find another way to contact the vendor.

Secondly:
Yes asking for some kinda reciept on shipment wouldn't be a bad idea.

click me So this is what I've done so far. I dispute notice has been sent out to the seller on the issue, that the item hasn't been reieved in 21 days. And I'm hoping this will wake him/her up and respond to my emails.
