Id say you shoudl go with a Guy with a HUGE hammer...since he IS the judge.

These ideas are slightly amusing. I will allow them to continue.
I believe he should wear a TOGA!!!! And say things like:
"You there! Who's your favorite New Kid? Wait, how can they still be the 'New Kids' if their gimmick is 20 yrs old? Preposterous! Find and destroy them!!"
-or-
"Tell me your political views. NOW!! I will then use them to belittle you."
-or-
"You have been judged! Your complaints will only amuse me."
I also think he should have an elite handful of servants (read that: BAD-Asses!!) that kind of deal with his flippant manner only because he could stomp them into the ground! They would be all serious to offset his lunacy and he would send them off to do his idiotic menial tasks like get him some Haagen-Daz and a Jet Li movie when he's in a bad mood. i.e.:
POwner: "The Superior Society is feeling down today."
Pel'Crevvot (dunno, just liked it): "What ails you, Your Ownership?"
