All right, here's the deal-- after spending a week working on a horrific paper involving an even more horrific poem and the analyzation of it...I desperately need creative, more fun writing to make up for it.

I'm a little picky, though. I want a roleplay I'll thoroughly enjoy...so here I have a few rules for those who might want to try a roleplay session with me.

Requirements:

Must be literate. I'm not going to count your commas or analyze their placement, but you must have -some- degree of intelligence when it comes to writing. Proper Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation must at least be attempted.

It's not that I hate newbies to roleplaying or anything, but I need something I can read without wanting to hang myself, and I'll be the first to admit I'm a grammar Nazi. You don't have to be nearly as bad about that sort of thing as I am, but some competancy level is necessary.

Quality over Quantity. I don't have time to read descriptions of every blade of grass, or to hear about what your character had for breakfast last year. Introductions are always the exception (as you have to set the scene, inform others about your character, etc) but afterwards, I'd expect your posts to be maybe 500 words at the most. Of course, this doesn't mean you can get away with one sentence posts either, as that's likely to do absolutely nothing. Give me quality stuff, not a bunch of words that mean nothing.

NO DRAMA: Anything done in character is done SOLELY in character. It is not directed at you, the player, in any way, shape, or form. So if my character says something negative to your character, don't take it as a personal attack (in Shandriz' case, she's negative to -EVERYONE- except for Suki and Rune). And don't expect things to go a certain way, either. I will not necessarily fall into your pre-conceived notion as to how the session will go. Sometimes, I like to do my own thing. If you have a problem with that, you probably shouldn't be posting to offer.

Respect the Character. You do not know how to roleplay my character. Do not try. You may not, in your post, make her react in any way. You may suggest to her that she ought to do something, but you cannot actually write for my character. Period. I will -never- roleplay with you again, and will end the session immediately if you do this. It is one thing I cannot tolerate. (you can, however, assume certain things, such as she's breathing, and other really painfully obvious things. You can observe her, as well. You just can't make her do anything without my permission.)

Don't get angry with me if I'm inactive. Sometimes, I lose interest. Sometimes, I get busy. Sometimes, I just need to get poked in the behind. You are -free- to contact me and ask about it, but don't get annoyed with me because I'm not posting as frequently as you'd like. I have a real life, it gets in the way of my roleplay sometimes. Understand.

And that's it. ^_^ I will probably accept more than one offer. I know this may seem a little pretentious, but I really want to have an enjoyable roleplaying experience. Any session will be between myself and probably just one other person, unless a plot is worked out to involve more than one.

Don't be upset if I turn you down. I don't have time to roleplay with everyone.

If you're interested, go ahead and post here. If you have an idea for a plot with one of my two girls (Shandriz and Legend, for those of you who are unaware) then go ahead and post that too so I can consider it. Otherwise, we'll just work something out (probably on AIM).

If you need more information on my characters, let me know and I'll post it. ^^

Edit: I've found enough roleplayers for the time being, willing to rp with me. Those of you who have been accepted please IM/PM me, and we can figure out plots and stuff. These will be individual (one-on-one) rps for the most part, as those are a lot easier to work with. If a plot feels like another person should be involved, we can discuss adding another in.

I'd be interested myself Twin Sister! But to clarify, would we be using our PO's, or other characters? Seeing as I've made Yosei for other reasons now and I'm looking forward to seeing how he reacts to people.

Well, it'd be for our PO's at first. If we have lots of fun, we can always move into roleplaying other characters. ^^

I should note that I'm definitely interested in roleplaying with all three of you. Feel free to IM me so that we can work out the details of when and what.

I'm probably only going to run one or two at a time. Maybe three, since all three of you responded so quickly. ^^ but even I can only keep up with so much.

i have a forum i opened up a long time back for pring, mostly combat (pvp) oriented that i would pffer up as a place for you guys to host it. unfortunately the forum died a long time ago. it was me and a few friends messing about. that said, the forum is there for you, and i may just try to fall back into text rping, but i have so little time it would be 1 post a day...if that.

Five hundred words wouldn't take up three pages. I know this for certain. xD. It is a bit much, though. My paper was 800 + words and took up three pages double-spaced. One page single spaced at 10pt font. So...yeah, I'd definitely want posts to be significantly shorter than that.

<3 You're very near the top of my list for rp, sweet, if you have a chance.

Edit: I should also mention that I have a bit more time to read rp's than you do, so I'd be willing to have slightly longer posts. But if I have to scroll down during your post, I am so not going to.
