I know this may be a small thread for awhile, but such things happen that I feel we need to tell any and all who want to see. So I shall weave a tale of a group of noble if not charming adventurers *ahem* who were given a most righteous task. It was thrust upon us to find the new ringleader of a gang of Kobolds.

Dun Dun Dun

Should the kobolds be having a new leader, we were to use any force necessary to kill him with extreme prejudice. So our cast in this wretched play would be introduced.

Hotashiwa-Our wizard and guild leader.....Also called curious Hoth...you'll learn why later

Girkon-Resident Rogue and picker of locks...can even disarm a trap or two.

Otto-Barbarian and all around meat shield......he died the most.

Elise-Rogue/Wizard...extra magic never hurts.

There you have it, our group of four about to slice up some kobold BEhind. Our quest started simple enough. We had just entered the warehouse where the kobolds had hidden themselves. At first we had no trouble knocking the heads of the wimps and grunts. We had just reached the first intersection. A kobold shaman had roughed us up decently enough, and we were looking for treasure and stuff to break. When Hoth and I come upon a metal plate hanging from a rope. It was clickable and I did so to see what it was. It was an alert gong "Whew good thing we didn't double cli--" GONG GONG GONG.

Hoth:Oh geez I am soooo sorry.

Famous last words as were were surrounded by six kobolds with helmets and shields. Well not really last words, as we kicked all their arses anyway, so no big deal. Did I mention I love fire spells when they work .

Girkon-Thats why it's called an ALERT gong!!!

After that we continued kickin butt and taking names. Although it was not without it's consequence as we were starting to get pretty roughed up, and a rest shrine still a few yards away. We had just one more mob to face before we could rest. Otto did hus muscle thing, Elise used her magic, as did hoth, I was able to avoid their strikes ever so wonderfully while pelting em with crossbow bolts. DEX bonus how I love thee. Otto, Elsie, and I were fine by then, though Hoth seemed to be having a little trouble.

*Cue Benny Hill Theme*

He was near death with one Kobold after him. The only option.....continue to be chased by it around a big pile of boxes for at least 15 seconds. I think we all took a break to catch our breath after all the laughing. Afterwards we soundly put the kobold to sleep.

The rest of the trip pretty much worked out the same way for another half hour. We had killed all mid bosses and grunts to the point where we were all hurt pretty bad. We knew the boss was coming soon, and we couldn't help but feel our impending doom. Till suddenly as though we were blessed by the great spirits we found a rest shrine.

Girkon-THANK YE GODS WE FOUND IT!!!

With our renewed vigor and mana...woo.....we made way to kick that ogres arse. We rought the spoils of our victory and it was good. Through it we learned of teamwork and friendship. We even got two new members to join our guild by then.

We also learned that Hoth should never touch anything ever again....

LMFAO!! Yeah it was pretty funny. When you have 8 health left and no mana to boot. What are your choices being a mental person casting magic? Run! Simply.. Just Run.
