B/c Sony is going to stop manufacturing them...
I guess they really aren't that important anymore considering you can play the games on your ps2/ps3 and you will be able to download games on to your psp.
But... I still have one with the nifty screen.

Details haven't been released yet, but Sony Computer Entertainment president Ken Kutaragi said the games would be digitally distributed.
While the PlayStation's decade-plus production run is certainly impressive, it isn't the longest life span for a gaming console. Atari released its Video Computer System (more popularly known as the Atari 2600) in 1977 and didn't officially pull the plug on it until 1991.

Feh. Real Men make ISOs of their own games and play them on ePSXe! And play them at double-framerate with the sound still on! And like it! |

Wow, I had no idea that Sony even still made these in the first place. I thought that the original PS consoles died a long time ago.
As a side note...wouldn't it suck to get one of these anyway, as Sony doesn't makes games for it anymore? |

I didn't know that they were still manufacturing PSOnes, but I've seen a few PSOne games come out. They're rare, but they were still coming out. This may hault that.[/quote] |
