So in light of sectoids obsession with Journey, I went last night and pulled an Atari 2600 emulator and every atari game made for the system. (I believe) Hundreds of them.
After last night.. i think i need to setup a box and remap the keys for 2 paddles and hold an Atari Touney.
I've never cried from laughter so much as I did last night. OMG Atari games are friggen hard!
Well anyhow.. If you get a chance.. go google atari roms and the stella emulator. Good times. |

Might just do that, my first console was the mucho cheapo Atari 2600 with the metalic looking chunky stripe of paint with a rainbow band on it, thats the best I can describe it. Loved the thing, it went up in smoke after playing Centipede a wee bit too much, oh how I cried. |

Possibly the first FPS without the S. Just picture Pacman in 3D and you're Pacman. God, I love that game, I must have turned it over like 20 times in my life. |

Yeah, Atari games are ridiculously hard. Even with the difficulty toggles, the easy modes can be very difficult. |

Yeah, I recall that one too, wasn't it like Faceball 2020 or something? Like it was futuristic? LOL But that also had shooting. The joy of Tunnel Runner was that no matter what, you could never destroy or even attack the monsters. You just had to run. Hmm...the first true "survival horror" game? |
