Korn is getting together with some old and new bands to revive the original 98' kick ass concert the Family Values Tour. Somewhere in there, Japan decided to export something besides cheap sushi and cartoon pop culture. Dir En Grey.

I went to the last Family Values Tour, before it went away for a while, and it was AWESOME. The bands were Deadsy, Static-X, Linkin Park, Staind, and Stone Temple Pilots.
It sounds like the line-up for this one is gonna be real good, and KoRn has a reputation for putting on a GREAT show. |

I have heard that Dir en grey might only joining the tour AFTER August 4th/8th... so Diru might not even come here. ._. but that's just a rumor, as far as I know. Either way, they're coming here in other ways:

I leaned over at K-chan and she thought it might have already happened.
Yay for not happening yet, but it doesn't really matter if Dir en Grey doesn't come to Atlanta.
But it would have been rather ironic to miss the Dir en Grey concert by being in Japan. |
