It costs like $10 and you haveta dress up pritty.

Ok...then I'm going (I need a dress! ><).  Oka's dragging her father along too so we can actually ballroom dance. Perhaps we could teach the whole ball the samba line dance too.
Maybe some of you ladies would like to dance with Oka's father too. Eh? Eh? He's quite the mover and most mistake him for being 20 years younger than he really is.
And Rev, I'm not sure if they'd let you in with boots if they're not formal enough. They're being extremely strict about the dress code and if you're not wearing a (formal) costume, black-tie is -mandatory-. You might want to check the site. I'd hate for you to be turned away at the door (though you could probably charm them into it). :] |

Aka-- boots are usually covered up by long enough uppers. For instance, pants, or a long skirt. Do they ask you to hike up your dress or pants legs to show off your shoes? |

Not I. I went the first AWA when Amber was with me. It was a great memory, no one was dacing, everyone was just sitting about, so me and boo were like "F this" and out we when and started dancing. We werent very good (even with the classes) but it was still great and in seconds a flood of shyer people got up and suddently it was a actaully a dance. Good stuff.
I think Mak-sak and Alabama were there too, now that I recall.
Anyway, Im not bringing nice clothes again and I dont wanna dance with anyone but my be'be', so thems the facts ^_^ |

The Samba isn't really a Black tie dance. Maybe more of a party dance ^_^
The music played at the ball is all on string instruments and it's a selection of video game and Anime musics. ^_^
If you come to the ball expect Wltzes and that one wierd dance they do in movies. Like Knights Tale. |
