well it seems a few of you bust out teh d&d on occasion. I just wanted to know what was the craziest character build you ever had?

for me....

Toughie there Dyess. I've never had the oppertunity to really CREATE a good pc and get to keep em. Going from my DM experience though...I'd have to say my craziest NPC may have to be, appropriatly "Crazy Ekrin".

An NPC I intruduced early in the game in a clock tower themed dungeon, PCs had to talk to Crazy Ekrin to appropriate a key I think to some place in the Crown Palace they had to be that night. He later turned out to be "Echriniadas", a demon who loosed the wraith of the Terrasque on the world a thousand years hence. When the PCs were IN the clock tower, they very intentionally slayed the two Rust Monsters that were there.

The rust monsters were specially bred to eat away the rust that formulated in thec lock tower as it lacked grease. When Echriniadas figured out they were dead, he funneled rain water from a crack in the roof down into the cracks of the hatch into the gears of the clock tower. The rust quickly accumulated and the clock tower's magic no longer boung him, and he escaped.

He later showed up at the cumulation of the game riding the terrasque butt naked and grinning like an idiot to combat a collosal lich-god avatar as thank to the PCs for helping him out. Hes currently a favorite NPC in the mythos and lore of my home brew world, Feria.

So yeah. Naked Ancient Demon Terraque Rider.

I haven't had the opportunity yet but the hubby just picked up the books and we're starting a campaign. Yay I'm a D&D n00b!
