Geeks On Wheels!!!

I am a geek. I love anime, comics, movies, and yes, Star Trek. But first and foremost, I am an AutoGeek. No that has nothing to do with Transformers (although I do loves me some Transformers). I like cars, trucks, planes, and tanks. If it's made of metal and has moving parts I'm all over it! I've noticed a startling lack of anything mechanical on the PO.
I, myself, am a mechanic. I work on my own car, I have worked on large diesel trucks in the past, and I'm currently employed as a tank mechanic. I like to fix things and generally just like to get dirty.

But enough about me, I wanna' see what the rest of Miniopia's driving. Got a question about your P.O.S. or want to pimp your ride? Go on, ask me a question. I'm not saying I've got all the answers but I'll be happy to help in any way I can.

To start things off, I hate driving on roads. I like to find little trails that look like they were last tread on by horse and buggy and see where they go. But, I also have a family and need enough room to haul them around as well. Kudasai's vehicle of choice?

A 1990 Jeep Cherokee.
Although, I've been considering trading it in for one of the new 4 door Wranglers!
It's been a great car though. It's got a 4.0 straight six engine putting out about 177 hp at 2000 rpm and more torque than you can shake a stick at! If I had to describe it in one word... Reliable!
