Gamecube in the future? - I may have to if this keeps up

- Sega is developing Super Monkey Ball 3: Banana Crazy for GameCube, the 3rd installment of the popular action game. This time the game will have LAN support, allowing 8 characters to battle over the GameCube LAN cable. The game will be released in Q1 2004.

- In addition, Sega's Overwork team is working on a new RPG for GameCube called Knight N' Knight, which is the sequel to Clockwork Knight for Sega Saturn.

Wow, a Clockwork Knight sequel! Add in the announcement of a new Pokemon Stadium (they did! ) and I see myself giving in. Hopefully the old "E3 price drop" will hit. Anyone looking for what to get a rabbit for his B'day has a hint now. Smile

hmm, never played clockwork knight, but i have played Pokemon stadium...i have to say, it was certainly better than pokemon snap...i mean seriously, how can one derive fun from taking pictures of pokemon???

Well, it works this way...You go to Best Buy and you see it and play it for like 5 minutes and go.."Damn, this games kinda fun." Then you buy it and find out the WHOLE game is the first level over again and it then sux.

But Blockbuster did have a sticker printer so you could print yer pics.

Anywho, I always knew the GC was bound for glory. While I'm actually against a Super Monkey ball 3, since I don't like games to become stale and rehashed every year, I welcome the Knight N' Knight game.

I like that they have gone away from the Dreamcast and N64 route of "Party Games" Where every 2 out of 3 games required you to have a friend or 3 join you in order to actually stay interesting.

isa gonna agree iwht ya AZ. I cant tell you how much i loved Super Smash Brothers, but it was only interesting when i was destroying an actual person, and not just the louzy comp.

Anywho, i remember when i got pokemon snap...it was soo easy, that i beat the damn game in one day. Talk about simplicity Very Happy

Not on-line..He said over LAN that usually means linking GC's together. If it was on-line it'd be nice.

But I don't like on-line console that much either cause just as ya start to win against someone they pull the plug and lose the connection so you don't get a win on your record and they walk away unscathed.

hmm i havent played smb 1,2 or 3 and never will cuz i think it looks gay but i wouldnt minde trying knight N' knight for gc pluse az ur right about moste on-line games and how they cheat!!OOh and pkm snap sucks ass i beat it in like a few hours no lie.... me- Rock

well now, if they made the console gaming on the internet similar to WarCraftIII, then when they drop like that, they would immidiately get a loss, and you a win...now wouldnt that be l337 |-|4X0R style??

you know what game i would like to see on the internet...Armored Core 2 & 3...it would be much cooler than Mechwarrior Very Happy
