So I take the wife to a Dinner Theater Production of Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat for our 1st Anniversary. She had a great time and I was really impressed. So today we went and got some things we needed. She's been asking for a printer so we got....
She's also been asking for a paper shredder so we got this...
Nothing to extravigant, just a nice little shredder/letter opener/pencil sharpener.
And then finally Best buy had something I've always wanted ever since I was about 17. And it was only $110.
It's the small one but that is a Wacom that I've always had my eye on.
that is a little bit better, but it came with stylus mouse and 4x6 tablet. I reorganized my whole desk to better take advantage of the tablet as I'm trying more and more to do digital art as I might get my degree in this. I drew this up in about a half hour.
It started out as a ink sketch, I used the new printer/skanner to load it into Adobe Photoshop 7 and did some rehashing and outlining. I really like this new setup and toy, makes me happy in face.

Yeah, I'm looking at getting a Wacom also; but I need to develope a habit of drawing more first. Congrats on the anniversary, also. |
