I can officially say that I have tried Soy Milk. I've heard a bit about it, and started getting curious about it.
I bought regular and Vanilla Silk...and then another one I'llmention in a minute...
Ther verdict: Not bad at all. I knew it was supposed to be thinner than milk, but was worried about the taste. It honestly takes like cereal milk to me...you know, what you get after you finish your cereal in the morning. It's not what I'd call an unpleasant taste.
The Vanilla wasn't all that vanilla.
BUT the last one I picked up was a Unsweetened Chocolate Almond drink that'smade by Blue Diamond (they produce some killer smoked almonds) and it tastes great! |

 That's cool. I'm glad you made the comparison-- I've been contemplating it for a while, and now I know for certain I won't like it. I've never liked cereal milk-- it's the only time I'm willing to really waste anything, because I just can't make myself drink it. xD |

Chocolate Soy milk is on the verge of ok. Vinalla is kinda meh. To me I'd still prefer my skim over soy. |

It doesn't really taste like cereal milk to me, but then again I've been drinking it for a couple of years now XD I hope you didn't buy the store brand, that might be why it tasted that way (I've always thought store brands are kind of chalky and don't taste quite as good). My favorite brand is Silk.
And chocosoy rocks FACE. XDD I know bunches of people, even regular milk drinkers that prefer it. I've never tried vanilla though.

The regular and vanilla were Silk brand
The chocolate almond was Blue Diamond brand...the idea of that combo is what appealed to me...and they didn't have any small chocolate soy to try from any brand...I didn't want to buy a big carton in case I didn't like it. |

I've been drinking Vanilla Silk for a while now, I prefer it to milk entirely. I might have to take up your reccomendations for other flavors, but sometimes you just want something that's always going to taste good with a cookie |

Even though I'm an advocate of regular milk, I'm also a big fan of Silk Light Chocolate soy juice...we always keep a carton in the refrigerator at my house. I've tried the regular, but it was too thick and too chocolately for me. I like it a little thinner...probably comes from years of drinking only skim milk.
Tobs drinks the stuff like it's going out of style. |

You know, I finally figured out where I recognize the Chocolate flavor from...Slimfast!
Granted, its a lot thinner but it has that unsweetened taste that reminds me of it...and I'm just one of those who actually like drinking that stuff (back in the day)...except this is healthier.
Slimfast has too many carbs and junk for my taste now. |

I was eating the meal replacement bars as breakfast almost every morning since I started the job that I'm in now, but I pulled myself away from them a little while back. They tasted good at first, but eventually started to taste like I was eating artificially sweetened clay. Then I decided to actually read the labels and decided that they weren't worth eating with all the artificial crap that was in them. I mean, the one with "peanuts" didn't even have peanuts in it...I don't want to know what the artificial "peanuts" were made of.
I think I may start incorporating more soy juice into my diet, because it is pretty good and seems to be pretty good for you. Especially at night. Since I have overactive sinuses, drinking milk before bed causes me to wake up with hellacious headaches. |

Same here, I'm still going to drink milk but, I'll add Soy to my list a drinks now. I don't really get the headaches but sometimes I get reflux from milk at night...not sure why 
Its something I'm willing to drink that actually has nutritional value as opposed to a soda. I don't exactly have the most balanced diet anyhow. |
