It's the excitement in your tummy! The little tingle of anticipation that AWA is near! YAY! So yes, we will be at the convention this year (as per usual) and yes, we will be at the hotel lobby from 5pm - 7:45ish (close to 8 ) this Thursday (9/20) to hand out prereg's and maybe some lucky folks will land their PO convention badges AND nifty swag early! You just gotta sweet talk me - or a hug'll do. And then we're trekking up to RuSans at 8pm (give or take some time for transit) for our ritual pre-con dinner. And then Friday is the when full blown festivities begin! Can you believe PO has been around for 5 years!? We have! And we're celebrating properly AND a bit differently than you have been used to.
We took a large leap this year and decided against getting a table! GASP! I know! Where oh where will our POs meet!? Don't you worry buckaroos! We've got you covered! Our rooms at the hotel will be adorned with signage you won't be able to miss PLUS we have some super swag that will be sure to guide you! Also - your good buddy "a brick" will be floating around the convention. He's so big you can't miss him - where he is a PO will be! It was about time we took a break from the dog and pony show and turned our attentions back to everyone who has played such a great part in our community. I'm busting at the seems for you to see what we have in store! |
