For the Republican primary, he evidently failed to file the papers (along with 35,000) on time. Riiight.
He just wanted to lose twice! So, I guess I have to cancel my flight to South Carolina and recycle my posters. Murr. |

They won't allow Colbert to make a joke out of the election process... after all who needs the competition? I think I will do a write in vote for Colbert when I vote even though I'm a Georgian. =D
Right now voting for the president is like digging through a sack full of assholes to find which one smells the least offensive... |

I wont be, Ron Paul is my choice, so far. I cant vote for a republican or a democrat. A vote for a member of the two party system is a vote for no vaseline. Have you ever noticed that the Repubs and Dems cant agree on anything except how to better fuck the american ppl? They both want to squeeze out as much money as they can just in different ways for different things. The Dems want to let EVERYTHING be ok.....just pay a little more taxes for your "right" to screw kids, national health care (why does anyone think this is a good idea? Clinton got $120 haircuts, do you really think the gov't. knows how to balance a checkbook? ) The Repubs "We'll have a war! No new taxes! BUT the war is going to cost 1.9 Trillion WITH A T dollars....thats 8 grand per every man, woman AND CHILD. Insanity. Where is V when we need him? |

I think part of the reason why Colbert wasn't put on the ballot was because he might capture the state, or at least be enough of a pull to change the outcome. |
