We were just informed tonight (Friday, May 11th!) that we will be opening as DIRECT SUPPORT -meaning no other bands- for the SOLD OUT Godsmack show at The Fabulous Fox Theatre (capaity 1,898!!!) this Tuesday May 15th. This show was lined up for us by the awesome people at Project 96.1 as our prize for winning the Sweetwater Showdown late last year! Thank you all for helping us get this far and as soon as this event is over I'll let you guys in on some other amazing stuff that's been handed to us tonight. This one is is only 4 days away so it takes precedence!

Thank you and I WILL be wearing my PO badge onstage!

p.s. I just called ticketmaster and they may still hae some tickets for this event if you want to come out and witness this firsthand!! I will be filming though!

Whats the word with your recording? When will you have the stuff you were working on ready? I would still like to get a copy to my friend at the radio station down here in orlando who has his own show now on Sundays.

Well if you want to send me 2 copies, I'll try to get it played on Sirius Faction and/or Octane as well. I'm a junkie for those stations, and you guys would blend perfectly with the music they play. (if you want me to pay for some extra copies to send out, thats cool, I dont want to take too many for free) I just want to get the word out if I can Smile

I'm really proud of you guys, you especially. Considering how long I've known you now, and all the stuff I know you have been through and overcome, I'm extremely proud of you, and proud to help any way I can. I cant make promises what will happen, but hopefully we can get the word spread more than GA Wink

I definitely think you guys have the potential to easily blow up right now, considering how much a lot of music on the radio completely blows now a days.

OK, so here's an update!:

We get 12 beers, 12 bottled waters, 12 towels and bottle of Jagermeister to split between us. The Fabulous Fox Theatre holds a little under4,800 people and it is almost sold out. Every band that has called us has either congratualted us or jokingly (I assume) asked us to die. The radio station has been announcing that we're opening this show since saturday (which I just learned) and we go on in less than 6 hours!! Sound check is at 4.

Voice don't fail me now!!
