It's a free flow convention this year. All folks who have put in a registration with PO can use their picture ID's to get their badges Thursday through Sunday at the convention badge windows. This usually takes place on the second floor of the Renaissance Waverly (back right corner if coming in through front doors).

AWA has leaked the "Pocket Program" in pdf form here.

We will be meeting up at Ru Sans on Windy Hill on Thursday night at 8:00pm. Please feel free to duck in at any time as we should be there from until about 10:30 (closing time).

We've rearranged our typical Copeland's night (previously on Saturday) to Friday night this year. From what I can tell this will happen around 8pm and conflict with the Black and White Ball, a couple of panels/workshops and a "bubbly monkey mischief" Meet and Greet.

Saturday, well, is just going to be crazy and there's not much more detail I can give at this moment than that.

As for Sunday, we usually have a send off (breakfast, brunch, lunch) but have since lost the usual stomping grounds for such a pitstop. If anyone has any suggestions in the Cumberland area that isn't too damaging to the pocket book and can accommodate a large, hungry brood toss 'em in your reply. We'll be sure to get that verified before Thursday.
