Chocolate covered strawberries with cheesecake filling.
I cut the tops of the strawberries, and scraped them out a bit, and then dipped them in melted chocolate. After a quick trip in the freezer, I pulled them back out, and filled them with cheesecake filling. I did that by using a ziplock bag with a snipped corner as a pastry bag. I stuck them in the freezer for a few more moments, and then ate a few. 
They were fantastic.
EDIT: They're filled with cheesecake, not cream cheese. Sorry. ;_; |
