3D TV/Blu-Ray set up

So, I finally ordered the 3D kit to go along with my 73" 3DTV, has anyone else gone the way of 3D yet? If so, how easy is the setup? I've been looking into it, and it seems to be a pain in the ass.

I haven't jumped in yet. Tech seems too new for me right now. Want them to perfect it first and want it without glasses. Especially with the glasses being so expensive.

I'm going to wait and see on 3D

LOL @ Doots vision fear. It doesn't mess with me much, I think it just has to do with developing different eye muscle control. The movies are only so-so except Avatar. But the 3D games are awesome for certain types of games. They really add to the sense of immersion. But I think that size of display definately impacts it as well. While I do wish my screen was the 82" Mitsubishi DLP I "deal" with having the 73 lol. Their footprint isn't huge like old "big-screens" and the price can't be beat. I was just at Costco and they have an 85" Panasonic Plasma wow, thats a big TV.....but not worth the price, a staggering $17,999.96...wtf why? The Mitsubishi 82" is around 4000, you could buy 4 82's for the price of the one plasma. And Plasma and DLP are nearly identical picture quality wise. Plus, the 73-60 series of TV's is cheap when the size of the screen vs price is weighed for upward scalability, on the off chance that you become dazzled by the 3D at some point in the future.

I'm just saying.
