I got Bleach - The Diamond Dust Rebellion on DVD yesterday and couldn't wait to come home and watch it! I've seen it before. I have 210 episodes of the show and Memories of Nobody and the DDR in Japanese with English subtitles, but I was excited to watch it in English and not have to read the movie. I was dissapointed in the voice acting. There was a severe lack of emotion that really took away from the story.
I used to be a fan of dubbed movies 'cause I hate reading TV. But, from now on I'm getting the subtitled versions. They're much more enjoyable! |

Yeah, the subs are great. I find there's often a ridiculous intensity to anime that the dubs don't capture properly. Especially Yakitate!! Japan. God, I love that show. |
