The Caverns - What Happened In Journeys....

[Sperrit]

(OOC: Alright, this RP is going to take some explaining. In Samurai Sperrit was lost in the middle of the mountain caverns, never to been seen again during the rest of the Adventure. This RP is an explaination of what happened to him and how he got out of those caves. Now, the time of this RP is actually right after Samurai ends, so those who are in Samurai can be in this one as well, you just have to provide a context for going BACK to the caves, be it to search for me or whatever. Also, to those who are NOT in Samurai and want to join in there is a small secret not known to many Minopians: All over the continent there are passages that lead into underground caverns. Use this fact to your advantage. I encourage as many people to join in as wants to, whenever they want to as long as they can explain they're being there. This is also going to be a set story line RP, like Samurai, so I'll be posting as a narator too. When that happens I won't use my sig. Other than that, just have fun!

BIC:

The world was a great haze to Sperrit. He felt the comforting presense of Earth all around him. It lulled him to sleep every time he felt like getting up. He didn't know how long he lay in this coma like state he did not know. But the longer he lay the greater the sense of urgency grew in the back of his mind, the part that was never sleepy. It kept growing and slowly the sleepiness abated and he woke up.

Sperrit sat up, rubbing his head. It felt as if an elephant had sat on it. He blinked his eyes a few times, looking around. He wasn't sure where he was. It was very dark and dank. He could feel the Earth's energy pulsing all around him, and while that comforted him it wasn't enough to make him forget that he was lost.
Sperrit stood up, stretching. He felt like he had slept an entire lifetime. Sperrit began to pace to wake himself up, all the while thinking. Where was he? What was he doing here? A faint thought, a memory. That's right! He was helping the Reverend get his pendant back! And there were others, too. They had gone under the mountain. The floor had given out. But he hadn't fallen. Then why was he lost? Sperrit could find no answer to this question.
After a few moments it occured to Sperrit how he could see so well under the Earth's surface. A few moments scanning of the rock provided the answer. The rocks emitted an odd light that was quite like moonlight. He had never felt or seen rocks like this before. But Sperrit wasn't interested in Academics right now. He needed to find his way back home.
Sperrit looked around. Wherever he was he seemed to be on a path. Trying to find direction would have been futile, besides the fact that since he didn't know where he was direction would have been futile in and of itself. He randomly picked a direction and started walking, wondering if he would find a way out or if he would have to dig out.

[Nacht]

Nacht and Arislen stand around the snowcone stand being bored. Nacht slowly nibbles at a cherry evil snowcone, while Arislen hooves at the ground restlessly.

Nacht hears a strange scattering sound and looks over at Arislen who is nervously stepping away from a hole near her feet. Nacht peers into the hole and sees only backness.

WTF??? She mumbles. She stands back from the hole and gestures for Arislen to do the same. She shoots Energy at the hole and the ground falls away revealing a deep hole beneath it. Nacht gets down on her knees and charges an energy ball in her hand. She sticks her head down into the hole along with her hand, using the ball as a lantern of sorts. The light is blue, but she can make out a definite compacted dirt tunnel running in both directions away from her.

She extinguishes the Energy and stands up, brushing off her pants.

Well, Arislen, I am going to explore this tunnel. Go do whatever you want, yah know, kill as many Minosheep as you please.

Arislen tosses her head in delight and gallops away in the direction of Demonic's sheep farm.

Nacht jumps down into the tunnel. She turns one way and then the other in indescision. She shrugs her shoulders and turns around facing away from the snowcone stand. She raises her hand toward the ceiling of the tunnel. A streak of energy shoots down the tunnel, lingering in a long line, illuminating the darkness.

Stupid human body, She mumbles to herself. I am the Queen of Darkness and I have to light my way. I should poke out my eyes just to spite them..... Okay maybe not, I need them to Brainwarp the guys, MWAhahahahaha Her laughter rings in the blue darkness, and she decides it is time to stop talking to herself and just go.

She floats rapidly down the tunnel. It seems endless. After a while she sees that she can go straight or turn left. She chooses left, and then the next right. About halfway down she senses Good energy. Still far away, but definitely there.

[Musashi]

[My last post in Samurai]

Musashi looks at everyone and bows.

"Thank you all. Shino and I could have never rescued the Holy Dragon on our own. I'm sorry I can't stay with you though. I'm going to head back into those accursed caves. We saw no sign of Sperrit's body as we left. I'm going back to find him."

"Reverend, I'll be in touch with you. I'm going to need your help very soon. I'll contact you when I can and let you know where to meet me."

"Unless any of you are coming with me, I bid you a fond farewell."

Again Musashi bows and strides back toward the accursed caves in the mountains.

[New post for Caverns]

After departing from his friends, Musashi once again entered those accursed caverns. He could feel Sperrit's Earth energy somewhere in the caves, though the signal was very faint. He took the path leading back to the room where Therin fought Anonia. Chills ran down his spine as he passed over the pit that once led him to his fight with Surbifeh and his untimely death at the hands of Mondain.

"I will find him. I can't leave my friend in here alone."

[Sperrit]

After an hour of walking Sperrit seemed no closer to discovering where he was or how he was going to get out of this acursed place. Sure, he didn't mind it really. The power of Earth was strong here, and that made him feel comfortable. But the sleep he had awoken from was not natural and it worried him to think about who or what could have and would have done that too him. He was still pondering this question when he suddenly felt a ripple in the Earth energy. Someone was further ahead in the tunnel. Sperrit approached cautiously.

[Akira]

akira walks out of the snowcone stand with a bouncy ball. he bounces it and it lands in this hole. akira laughs and sees that its black down it. well he sticks his hand in and feels nothing.oh well. he jumps in and falls for a while and then hits the ground. ouch. akira gets up and sees the bouncy ball going down the same path nacht went. akira lights up his glowsticks and start chasing it. as he runs up to the turns he makes the same turn nacht dd hoping the ball went that way. as he starts running he he hears something and tries to slide to a halt but slips on the bouncy ball landing on nacht and snapping the glowsticks. sorry master... i didnt know you were down here...what is this place though? akira walks foward into pitch blackness and runs into a wall. ok thats it. he pulls out shimano and mutters something. as the blade lights up in a blue manner, it lights up the whole tunnel. that should help. akira and nacht continue to walk in the same direction as the good energy.

*Piggybacking off of Musashi*

"You're going back in for Sperrit, aren't you?" Airius sighed as he thought of Sperrit trapped in those caverns.

"Alight, you got me coming along. Besides, if there are any random chaos beasts around, someones got to deal with them"

[Nacht]

Akira, what are you doing in here?! Do you always just jump into random holes?? Whatever, just come on.

They continue down through the tunnels, getting ever closer to the Good energy. They hear footsteps, and turn the corner to see a soiled man with long hair.

Hello, you must be the source of this Good energy, as it emanates strongly from you. What is the meaning of these tunnels, do you know?

She tilts her head to the side.

There is more Good energy coming our way. Friends of yours, maybe?

[Aiman]

OCC: This is my only post since I dont belong here anyhows. Since this story goes after Journeys and before Trails, I need a place to materialize and, I havent done that. SO, here it goes.

BIC: Near the hole Nacht entered, long minutes, maybe hours after she had made her way deep into the cave, some disturbance in the air and space happened. Electricity started to appear near the trees and the bushes, giving Arislem quite a scare. A shape of dark man started to appear. Red eyes, long black hair and a blue sword on his back. He appeared out of nowhere floating in mid air. He then landed on his feet, kneeling by the impact...

"Where am I? Is this Miniopia?? Was everything a success?? I guess so..." Aiman said to himself. "Dark Knight to base, can you read me ? Please respond... No answer, I guess that the trip damage either my radio, or I need to go some place where the signal can be better... *sighs* I dont know... This feels weird."

Aiman saw Arislem on the bushes near by and he went to him. "Hey there, you with some one ? Hehehe, sounds stupid talking to a Unicorn, since they are extint in where I come from, plus, they just dont talk back. Some one might be near, but I cant stay here, I need to find settlements and gather info about this place and how to get to the Holy City. Bye horsey... hehehe..."

Aiman started walking away from the cavern which he totally ignored, even though he felt something deep inside, but his mission was clear and he couldnt go after every single thing he felt was wrong.

"Hmmm, sensors indicate settlements that way... north. Ok, lets do this."

Aiman walked away looking for settlements in where he could gather information and supplies. He was walking to the town where later he would meet Nacht at the snowcone stand...

OOC: Aiman meets Nacht thread at the Pub.

[Sperrit]

Sperrit regards the two people in front of him. Despite the odd appearance of the one with the piece of plywood straped to his back and the cute goth chick, he felt no bad intent from them. If anything it was more curiousity and bemusment.
"I'm Sperrit. I got trapped in these tunnels while on a quest with my friends through the mountains above. I've been looking for a way out. How did you two get in here?"
Nacht explains about the hole they went through. Sperrit's eyes light up.
"Then we can get out through that hole! Come on, let's go!"
The three run back towards the hole.

[Sperrit]

Urhail felt the three running through the caves. He had not expected other slimmy humans to find his prepared tunnels so soon. It displeased him to think about the loss of such a wonderful tunnel, but one had to expect losses at one time or another.
Urhail tilted his head a little to the left and could now feel the presense of two more disgusting humans, the same that had been in the caves above not too long ago. He sneered to himself, drool dribbling down his chin. He did not want the others, he only wanted the Earthen One. He closed his eyes in thought and waved his hand dismissivly and went back to his planning. He would deal with the others later.

Further ahead from Nacht, Akira and Sperrit the hole in front of the snowcone stand caved in. But it was an odd sort of cave in. It did not block the tunnel running in either direction from it, or even drop debris onto the path. It was if the hole simply ceased to be. They were trapped yet again.
