Well, no, it's not just Prime. It's Bumble Bee and Jazz and Megatron and Starscreach and a whole mess of others too.
And I like the transformers very much! They are very cool! Though the old school ones are better than the newer ones. Maybe I'm just getting old....

Old school transformers was the best. But I think Beast Wars was great too. This new thing they are doing with Minicons is kinda strange and offsets the entire transformers show. My favorite was the movie with Galvitron, the giant transforming planet. |

Actually the transforming planet was Unicron. I think the Armada toys are cool but the shows wierd.

I have been a hardcore transformers fan since like 1988. I think that was the first time I saw em... Can't be too sure though. But ever since they started this Armada crap I have wanted to puke. I saw only 15 minutes of one episode, and that was enough. I seriously felt sick, they had taken my favorite show since I was 4-5 and turned it in to Pokemon! It was absolutely the worst thing I had ever seen. I refuse to even give it a seccond chance... I'll stick to the old skool goodness. |

Galvatron: Reformatted version of Megatron in the US continuity. He was Megatron to the Nth degree, and unfortunately prone to insanity. Galvatron was the most powerful decepticon short of such behemoths as Trypticon, and Scorponok (cartoon).
Personally, I say that no matter how much of a soft spot you have for G1, Beast Wars was the best show. It had characterization, growth, deaths, galactic spanning ramifications, a close tie to Gen 1, the most effective Pred/con to bear the name Megatron ever, and more easter eggs than you can shake a stick at.
Let us not forget that BW also spawned some of the best toys to ever bear the name Transformers; being eclipsed, in my opinon only, by RiD toys |

Beast Wars was very good. I'll agree to that. It really got back to the essence of Transformers. But it just lacked the feeling that the old school Trasformers had. Maybe I'm just getting old. Pass me my teeth.
