jeez...how long had this topic been up before someone finally posted?
The Bridge of Kazad Dum!!! I have never heard a song that sings so loudly of impending violence!!! Plenty of songs sing about previous or current violence, but that is the only one I have heard that sings about inpending violence...then again, maybe I'm just strange? |

Yeah, I love the LOTR Soundtrack. The Bridge of Khazad Dum being the best from the first movie. Also, the violin music they play in Two Towers during the scenes in Rohan is awesome. I'm definitely going to pick up the Two Towers soundtrack. |

And yes, I completley agree with all the soundtrack stuff. Towards the second half of Two Towers is when all the new pieces begin getting introduced. I LOVE the new battle musics, as well as all the music played during the scenes concerning Theoden (don't punish me for wrong names/spelling, I have the bad memory..!)
And after Enya's ending theme for Fellowship, Two Towers' end theme was "whoa", because I think it was Bjork, and she's another one of those ethereal female singers I really like. It also fits with the whole "this isn't just pretty anymore, this is getting very serious and getting towards the third movie" mood that the end provides. Eeeeee I MUST SEE IT AGAAAIN!! |
