EARTH X - long review of sorts inside

ok for once im going to be serious. Earth X is perhaps the best graphic novel/comic book series ever. its the story of a possible future in the marvel universe. one where every blasted person on the earth has some sort of power. reed richards blames himself for humanity's mutation, only to discover later in universe X(next part of the trilogy) that it had nothing to do with him. earth x revolves around the skull, a child whose psychic manifestation kills every psychic on the planet (there is an exception in Cable which i will explain), so that means xavier, jean grey and such are dead. the xmen disbanded and many have been killed. although some may only seem to have been dead....anyway about cable...if you dont know, cable was infected with the techo-organic virus. much of his psychic powers are devoted to stopping the virus from spreading to his other body parts. in the future the virus has taken his whole body and he is a metal goo thing, soon he may have his body back...o yea back to the skull. he has the power to control anyone's body. hes controlled all of california pretty much and is on a march to NY to make himself prez. Captain america is the only one not controlled by skull becuz skull thinks hes old (skull is about 13-14). captain america goes on a one man quest to stop the skull, he is joined by the living suit Daredevil who only wishes to die (he cant). in fact heres a quote (note: dont have the book right now sum1 is borrowing it):
Cap:you dont want to be my partner. every partner ive ever had has been killed, died etc.
Daredevil: why do you think i wanna join you?

what starts off as a simple quest(sorta) develops into an epic story involving nearly every marvel character alive...or dead...

spiderman is retired, everyone knows his identity, parker has given up being spiderman and is a lil overweight, venom is attached to May parker...

overall Earth X is simply Marvelous. the first in a trilogy. Earth X, Universe X, Paradise X. earth x and universe X are available right now in graphic novel form. paradise X is close to end of its comic book run and well see it by the end of the year most likely in graphic novel form.

i actually looked for earth x in my comic shop and it wasnt there. where else could i find it?

hmm check out borders or some big book store dealy like barnes and nobles and check the graphic novel section. its a basic staple of most graphic novel sections. you should prolly be able to find one there.

Yeah the X trilogy is pretty sweet. There's also some oneshots and offshoot miniseries that take place during the main books.

These books are at their core a Marvel version of Kingdom Come. Probably the single best miniseries ever. The X trilogy is the best set.

On an unrelated matter there's a sequel to the classic miniseries Marvels coming out soon.

Perhaps coolest of all is Wolverine: The End coming out in October.
It takes place around 75 to 100 years in the future, and will show the final fate of Wolverine.
