Okay. Like my previous rant, this one comes with a story:

I was in gym, and we run after warm-ups. So, I'm running, and my chest starts to *seriously* hurt...and I start to get dizzy...so I stop, and Amber freaks out. (Poor thing. She thought I was like...dying.) I sat down, and she pulled Coach Hoyle over and he told me to just sit down. (My thoughts at the time: 'I'm already sitting down you moron! And i'd tell you that if I could see strait.' ) So, later, Amber's still freaking out because I said it happened sorta like that once before, but I passed out ^^;; and so she told Coach Hoyle, and he made me call home...And so I did...And so I'm here...

Why can't my lungs be sufficient. -_- I don't want asthma or any other breathing problem...

Bad lungs really suck. My aunt has bad lungs from getting really bad pnuemonia as a kid. It really sucks. I offer the only thing that I can: well wishes and a friendly ear. I hope that you can feel better soon.

Hmm... I know little about asthma, only that it is not fun for people. But whatever it turns out to be I'm sure that you'll start to feel better! At least, I HOPE so! You need to not be sick!

I have asthma...it used to be much worse as a kid, but it's easing off a little now. I still have to use my inhaler sometimes though - I can't really run for more than half a mile without losing my breath though. It sucks, but it's not the end of the world - and it's a hella convenient excuse for getting out of the cross-country run at school. Wiggle

Angel Demon

Might I suggest trying to condition yourself some to help with the lungs? Try and find an evercise program that can help strengthen them so that you feel better.

At least, that's my non-medical opinion, whatever that is worth

Sounds good, Revvy. ^^ I've tried walking on the treadmil or outside...but it makes me light hearted and dizzy...so I do breathing exercizes whenever I can.

I will tell you one thing that helped my lungs. Skiing in Denver. The air is so thin up there that to get enough air you lungs get a major work out. My lungs were actually sore (barely... but still) after 3 days of skiing.

Swimming also helps. But we still have a few months for that I guess huh?
