Venting things is one of the most important things you can do. And the best place to vent into is the world.
See a dryer creates heat and it must dispense this heat..Most people have a vent into their attic but that is limited space and the dryer can't dry as well. However if the vent leads outisde you have the inifinite space theorem in which the MORE heat the dryer can vent the dryer your clothes will get.
Also your refrigerator does NOT make cold it actually removes heat from food stuffs. SO this heat must go somewhere but no one has made a vent for a fridge for some reason. If they did food would get colder faster and cheaper.
Oh you meant the OTHER kind of Vent..N/m then. |

Venting is good but I think that hitting things could also help you release some of your anger. but don't hit people and things that cost a lot to fix. |

Venting is a perfectly healthy way to relieve stress
Breaking things just ramps up the fun factor. 
Of course paying for broken things or healing after breaking things kinda brings you back down.
Stick to venting. |
