I bit 3 of my nails off today because I was stressed after my boss told me about my stupid mistake I did at work T_T
At least now I realize that stress really IS the source of my nail biting bad habit... but how come have I stoped all of the sudden? I mean, could it be that my girlfriend was a big source of stress too? I haven't seen her since sunday, and that's the first time we don't see each other for more then 2 days.

She may be a big stress, but you have to think why she is. Instead of biting your nails, take a few deep breaths and think about something nice.
If it's a mistake you did at work, then try not to worry about it, unless it's major. Mistakes happen, but that's why they are called mistakes. They are not ment to happen.
Another stress reliever is taking a nice hot bath, or listening to calm music, light some candles, just totally relax. Lossen up, empty your mind and just take a break for an extended period of time. |
