This isn't just one event, but alot in general. I'm 15, trying to get me a part time job (which you can here.) So, I apply places. I get an interview with a few people I know...There's me (A black/Asian mix) two Mexicans, and a white dude. So, I go in there, and get asked a few questions, It was cool till he asked "Do you steal?" I thought about it and figured it was store regulations or something, I told him no. I leave and wait for my friends. They all get out and I ask them, "What kinda stuff did he want to know?" Both of my mexican friends said a few of the same questions and the "Do you steal thing?" thing. I asked my white friend and he goes, "Damn, he just gave me the job with no questions asked." (Mind you, NONE of us have any experince.) and I said "Really? What he say?"
To which he responds "Um, he said He could trust me to not steal and not to spend my paycheck on drugs." I thought he was joking, the manager I mean, and so I replied "Seems like a funny guy." Then he looked at me and said "Um, Dom, he was serious." PART ONE OF BAD DAY!

Then I go to Wal-Mart and look at some games...the WHOLE time, I'm being followed by this dude, I thought he just worked there, until we go to another section no where near the games, AND HE'S STILL THERE!!!*shudders* I went to the little resturant in it and asked my white friend to "look for clothes". He caught my drift. So, he left, and the dude moves closer, and closer, and closer...and looks at my bag with my food and stuff in it and asked, "Have you and your friends paid for your stuff?" I said "Yeah." Then the white friend comes back and he just smiles and waves at him, and proceeds to tell him to "Make sure your friends pay for ALL their things." PART TWO OF BAD DAY!

School today...oh the WONDERS of racist Geometry teachers. Me and 2 other friends (all of us black.) Finished our test along with the rest of the class and were talking and laughing and stuff...mind you, the rest of the class are decibals louder. Well anyway, he asks, "Mr. Lewis, what are you and your two friends doing" I respond, "Talking, sir." I'll just give you a play-by-play from here on

Teacher: Do you realize how annoyingly LOUD you are?
Me: Naw sir, I'll tone it down. (We go to a whisper.)
Teacher: MR. LEWIS! COULD YOU PLEASE BE QUIET?!
Me: Uh, sir, the rest of the class is louder than us.
Teacher: DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SMARTER THAN ME?!?!
Me: Whatthe...No sir, I never said th-
Teacher: STOP IT WITH THAT SMART MOUTH, YOU AND YOUR NIGGER FRIENDS THINK YOU HAVE THE BEST GRADES IN THIS CLASS OR SOMETHING, DO YOU HAVE ROOM TO TALK BACK!?
Me and my friends: We DO have the best grades in this class.
Teacher: Not for much longer, I'll make sure you FAIL!
Friend#1: The hell!? You need to call down, are you ok?
Friend#2: Sir, you need to not refer to us as niggers, we have basic rights too.
Teacher: THE RIGHT TO PICK COTTON!
Me: THE HELL?!?! What'd you say?!
Teacher: If it wern't for the Emancipation Proclomation, you'd be in MY fields, calling ME masters, and I'd be whipping you all day!
Friend#2: Fuck tha, I'm callin security, you've gone crazy.
Me: Yeah, I'll make sure they KNOW what ya said, we've got the class as witnesses.

It was at this point he flipped out on us, called us "Ignorant niggers" and called security on us...Needless to say, the principla will NOT believe that a teacher said those things, witnesses or not, because, "We could've used drug money to bribe them."

That is the -most- ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Living in the South, I know there's a -whole- lot of racism down here, but I've never heard of anything -that- horrid happening. Bloody insane, if you ask me. Though, as I said, there's tons of racism here too. I always had this insane desire to smack the snot out the boys on the bus who tended to sit behind me and moan and gripe that those "Damn Mexicans" were "Taking over".

Ignorant idiots. Firstly, I used to live in Southern California, which had enough Mexican people in it to be considered part of Mexico. There's nothing -wrong- with them being there, as they've as much right to be as anyone else, and they're people too, hello!

It's why I hate this state the most. So bloody close-minded. Racist, Bible-Pushing Stubborn Jerks is what they are.

But at least I give -them- a chance to prove they aren't before I file them into the the 'idiot' category.

Here's what you do with the teacher. First go to the principal. If that doesn't work get everyone that was in the class to tell their parents. Principals will usually listen to a bunch of pissed off parents. If that fails then see if there's a way you can take the guy to court. Sounds nuts but a guy like that deserves it. The first two were pretty bad, but that teacher went waaaaaaaaay over the line.

Oh yeah, make sure when you talk to the principal you record the whole thing. Be sure to tell him beforehand or it's mostely useless.

Oh yeah and about the whole failing thing. Make a copy of every paper you can. It would be worth it to fuck him up in court. A guy like that doesn't need to be teaching shit.

White Trash. I know a few of em. You shoulda decked the teacher man. Goddamn white supremecist nazi. As for that manager your better off. Back in Plainsboro some of the older folks felt threatened by the young black kids but guess who made all the trouble? Thats right folks either stupid rich white kids or potheads. As for the whole N-word thing I've gotten pretty much used to it. But when it's flung around in that context it still pisses me off.

And this my friends, is why every day I thank all the powers of the univers (as I am pagan/buddhist) that I love IN FUCKING CANADA EH?! We don't have that shit. If a teacher is racist they get called on it, we have more Persians and Asians than us whites, and everyone is used to it. So thank you for a country that is like a tolerant US without a child leading it!

Um, I can't take it to the board, they're all Rebals like him, and I don't trust the judicial system here worth anything. (I have legitamit reasons.) and kicking his ass wouldn't help my case either, thought I'd laugh my ass all the way to Juvi.

I agree with whoever suggested getting the other kids' parents behind you. Even in the south, people shouldn't have to put up with this CRAP. And that principal?
