I actually wrote a paper in high school and used that quote. My teacher not only gave me an A on the paper, but read that part (the introduction) to the class because she thought that it was great and loved how I tied the subject of the paper in with pop-culture. At any rate, I think karma does exist, to some extent, and I think that this is it at its best.

I like to think of it as balance Reaper. I remember reading an Oh! My Goddess book and Belldandy said for every good thing that happens to someone, a bad thing has to happen to another. To balance things out. |

I believe that good you provide always will return to you but it'll take a long time. Bad think are immediate but good one take time.
I remember one day I had send e-mail to someone really sick and never received a answer, even not a thx... 3 years after, the person saw me in a bus and came to thx me and explain that she had the cancer and that the e-mail ( several one in fact ) that I send to her help her to restore and I look at her totallly surprise. I had forgot the thing after 3 years! She look so good ... Even before that she fall sick I never see her looking so good and soo happy I wanted cried of joy.
I have a lot of shit in my life and always give the best of myself, but at the end, the effort are not in vain even if it's take a lot of time.
So, yeah, I do believe in a sort of Karma but not the one with past life but in the present.
I wish I don't do to much error in the speech because I'm not so good in english and find it hard some time to express myself correctly. The damn corrector I have on the net is much bad then me! >-<() |
