Luckilly no one was hurt.
Was making a left turn when this woman in an SUV or somethin came speedin through a yellow light while it was raining. Good thing I had just started the turn or it would have been much worse. I of course got a ticket because it wasn't a red light. At least it's barely over $100. Car's also dead, and I think I might have gotten a cold while waiting outside in the rain. -_- |

Reminds me of what my sister Mika went through in one accident. Mother was turning left onto our main street off a driveway hill, an SUV was parked alongside road right up to break in sidewalk, could not see around it. As pulling out of driveway, to see around the car so she could turn, was hit by person not paying attention.
As an aside, if you can find any way not to file insurance on your car, think about it. The hassle of getting another car may just be better than increased rates and filing the claims |
