Hey Everyone!
Welcome to another topic to get to know your fellow POs! I just recently figured out what I wanted to do with my life and I was curious to see what kinds of dreams and goals other people had! So tell us what your dream profession would be! Tell us what you're working towards. Maybe you'll find someone with the same dreams as you!
I'll go first:
I want to be a professional Opera singer. I've been a singer my whole life and, in terms of singing, there is no form more difficult to master, no genre that requires as much study and skill, and I like the challenge.

Opera singer, eh? i wasn't expecting that one! ^^ that seems like it would be a fun career to pursue, as long as you can sing! 
personally..i am not quite sure EXACTLY what i want to do, but i DO know that i would like to do something with languages. I like to write, and i like to act, and i like to speak different languages, although i guess i get a bit shy sometimes...^^
but yeah, i really want to do something with words! ^^ |

hmm...my life goals...
Well, i want to open my own restaurant, a restaurant that no other has ever seen or expected. It would incorporate many different things into it, many different cultures, and many different styles. And when that gets established to the point that they really dont need me anymore, i hope to become a culinary arts instructor for a secondary school or for a university, because the environment of teaching is something that i have soo much fun with.
My other goal, i guess, would be to travel the world on foot. Odd, i know, but it would definitely be worth it, and i would definitely become a much more enlightened individual

I want to be a bodyguard for hired or part of a private VIP protection firm for the next 5 or 10 years, trough those years I would like to go to the International Security School in Israel get some training in counter-terrorism, intelligence gathering and operational fitness.
If that fails, (or even if it doesn't) I will keep on writting my book, eventually have my art officialized so I can teach it and possibly open a dojo. Then, have a family and be happy for the rest of my life!

Yeah but since that wont happen, I am currently leanin towards gettin a degree in either primatology, theology, or psychology. Then goin to teach at a university, or do field work in another country in whichever field I choose |

I would like to have my own design firm ranging in all media, have the financial backing to work on PO full time (instead of you no, my REAL job - blech), purchase five city blocks and create an artist colony.

A friend of mine comes over every two to three days depending on our scheduals and we study a couple of japanese books on a study plan we designed. We are clicking along slowly but successfully. Eventually I would like to be an ESL (English as a second langugage) teacher in Japan, a translator for a ADV, Pioneer, Square, or anyone in the anime/game industry that will have me. At the least I'd like to teach English here in the states. Im like Suna-chan, something to do with words!
