The new Starbucks drinks!!!

Ok, for those of you who dont know, ur friend Tobs works in a Barnes and Nobles café, where we basically serve all of the starbucks drink that you can find in the coffee shop in that friendly book environment. What i found out, to my amazement, is the new drinks that they came out with!

First, we've got the shaken iced teas. Not just iced...but SHAKEN!!! So far, we have only 2 flavors, the original black tea and the passion fruit herbal tea, but after trying them out today, they are amazing...almost as if you are drinking a cloud! My recommendation if you definitely love iced tea beverages is to give these a try...they are pretty damn good

Second, we have the new frappachinos!!! *HOORAHH!!!!*
I was reluctant at first at the new frappachinos, but i gave them a good ol' sampling, and i found that they really do ROXORS de BOXORS!!!

The first of the newly sponsored frappachinos, the Java-chip frappachino, is quite the drink indeed. Basically, for those fans of the chocolate-brownie frappachino, which had been recently discontinued, the Java-chip frap is for you guys. Its the exact same make of frap, cept that there isnt brownie chuncks, but pure chocolate chunks. A pretty damn nice looking drink indeed!

The second frap would be the amazingly delicious and yes...sentual...drink would be the strawberry creme frappachino. For those of you who dont know that much about frappachinos, they are made with two different bases: The Coffee Frappachino base (CFB), and the Universal Frappachino base (UFB) (just to let you guys know, i made up the anagrams, since im too lazy to write the whole thing out Very Happy

) Most people never try the UFB, since it isnt filled with coffee, and in any starbucks, you can get decaffinated frappachinos, while at B+N cafés, you can only get caffinated, which can be substituted with UFB mix. But anyways, back on topic! The strawberry creme frappachino is an extremely delicious, combining the milk-shakey taste with strawberries to make an amazing drink. Pretty damn good if i do say so myself Very Happy

The last featured frappachino would be the Vanilla Bean Frappachino. Made similar to the strawberry creme frap, the vanilla bean frap uses the same mix, but with a vanilla bean powder mixed in. This makes it taste really REALLY good. Topped with some whipped cream, it just rox. For those of you who like the Vanilla Creme frap, this one is right up your ally...since it's only better!

Aside from that, folks, there are some other frappachinos not truely listed with the rest of the drinks (as far as i know Very Happy

There is the espresso frap, which is a coffee frap with an added shot of espresso. That'll wake you up.

There is also the chocolately chocolate Double Chocolate Frappachino. take the UFB mix listed above, then throw in lots of mocha syrup, and then some chocolate chunks, and you have yourself one fattening, but amazingly tastey drink!

Anywho, enough of me glorifying Starbucks, but i have to say that i was a little reluctant, and found that i had nothing to be reluctant about...so go out an get something to drink!!!!!!

Java Chip frappacino sounds reallly good though..i'm definately going to have to try it now! *shaky fist

Just like it's sad that Wendy's got rid of the pita sandwiches, and those were faaar better than any frappichino will ever be.

I gotta say I'm addicted to the Fraps you can buy in the store. And the espresso shots saved my life on the long haul of going to Acen last year, because Red Bull hit my stomach like a lead brick and made me almost vomit.

Only good thing ever purchased at a Starbucks was the Chocolate Malt.

Even their apple Cider was cooked to a boiling point so it's too hot to EVER consume. The Hot Chocolate at Circle K is WAY better than Starbucks could ever hope to be.

I am also Anti-coffee if you can tell.
