Get yourself a nice splint for that wrist, or use an ace bandage or Gaff tape (Trust me, I'm in Pre-Med [not really, but it's a quote])
If cartilage is a problem, look to get some glucosamene sulfate to take as a suplement, and rest the thing as much as possible |
