Why do the profiles look so different from user to user?

Why do some of the profiles have very little things and others have a lot?

For example:

Excel's: http://www.pocketotaku.com/phpBB2/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=235

1) Has his PO on the left
2) Shows his personal gallery link (even though there is nothing in it)
3) Shows his inventory
4) Shows his character profile (though there is nothing in it)

On the other hand:

Mine: http://www.pocketotaku.com/phpBB2/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=224

1) Only shows my avie on the left.
2) No link to personal gallery
3) No inventory
4) No character profile

There are two totally different layouts among the profiles. Do I need to do something to add my PO on the left, to have an inventory, to have a link to my gallery, etc?

Kiyomi, you don't have a fighter set up yet. Excel does

that's why they look different.

If you set up a fighter, yours will look like his

Thanks Shino! Still, shouldn't the album be available even if you are not a fighter? I can understand the rest of the stuff not being available without a fighter profile, but the personal album?
