Very thoughtful for you to gratiously pony up alternate routes for this type of discussion.

First off, I want all of you to know I'm not doing this to as any attack against anyone, it's just that Pocket Otaku just isn't the appropriate forum to keep on "discussing" these types of things when they get to the kind of resolutions and mudsligning as they have. Written proof cannot deny that they have gotten ugly so anyone's deduction of it turning into an argument is not unprecedented.

Secondly, as for relief, it was an executive decision, not one to be placed on any one members shoulders, to remain clear about it. This decision was fueled by member actions/reactions but ultimately the decision was made on the level of those who run this site. If anyone has any issues with the lack of political/religious dabate forums they can take it up with me.

I'm glad we could get through the holidays without this kind of exchange, and frankly, it was such a nice break that we're happy to keep it that way.
