Computer Problems

Right now, at this very moment, my computer is running, and a program called

Msgsrv32

Is listed as [Not Responding]. Strange things are happening to my computer. For example: I have no taskbar. I have no start menu. It's all up there, but it's just taking up space on the screen. It won't react to anything I do to it. Help? Someome? Please?

hey, I had that problem, had to reformat the harddrive to fix it, I hope you find a better solution ^^

if you have the disk for windows... try to reinstall it over the current installation

If you have the windows, setup startup disket and a windows xe or windows 200 or what ever, insert the disket with and the cd rom of your version of windows you have, restart your machine, when it ask you if you want to start setup with cdrom support say yes
once your set in dos mode, type c: and press enter. then type format c: it will say "all data on non removal drive c: will be lost continue? type y for yes and press enter, that will clean your c drive free of any bugs or viruses. then after it finishes type e:setup or d:setup depending on which one is your disk drive, it will bring you to windows iinstallation promt, and from there follow the instructions it tells you for the reinstallation.

But before doing this make sure you have a copy of the programs you want on disc, so you can reinstall them. then once you get your net back up, go to this site www.zonealarm.com and download their firewall it's free. then check out, www.adaware.com and get the ad removal program on your machine, this program will stop in intrusions of adds that cause problems, and you can delete them from there.
