Is anyone using this mail client.
I just downloaded it and I'm playing around with it right now for my work email.
If anyone has already played with it, I love to hear some feed back. I'm thinking of switching.
So far, it's pretty fast. The layout is nice.
I just wish I could dock my address book. Grr! |

Wow... this is an easy mail client to use. And it's much faster.
And the import from Outlook was a breeze!

The sweetness of the program continues
I now have 2 different email accounts running into it at the same time and it handles them both automatically with nothing addition to do. No selecting mail servers, no entering of passwords, nothing!

I've heard of THunderbird but I haven't tried it yet. Mainly b/c I want to know if its free or not. I use Firefox browers and that has been exceptionally badd@$$ to me which is great b/c I can't afford to lose all my info. So Shino is Thunderbird free or not? |

ok more importantly can I used thunderbird to check my email such as yahoo, or more importantly my military email accout on Army Knowlege Online? Or will I have to register a Mozilla email account to use Thunderbird |

Thunderbird works like Outlook... only better. anything you can set up with outlook you can set up with thunderbird |

not to be a downer or anything but...I only use outlook at work. So technically I don't have much knowlege on that Microsoft software. N E thing else i'm fine w/ but outlook in my weak point. But ...thats not the question at hand. Is is possible to configure Thunderbird to check .mil emails? like for example my email addy for this site is a .mil will I be able to yes or no? |
