Yup that's right!!! Ming and I have graduated from Fordham University this past weekend!!!! Ming graduated with a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Theology, and I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology.
Also, Rev graduated with his Associates from Norwalk Community College and is going to schoo in Michigan in the fall!!!!!!!
Ming has a paid summer internship at Pepsi Company this summer in the Human Resources dept. and hopes it turns into a marketing job in the fall.
I'm continuing my education at Fordham University Graduate School of Education starting tomorrow for a masters in Elementary grades 1-6 and Special Ed. I also hope to be taking sign language classes in the fall and spring so that I will be able to teach the deaf. My program lasts one year. So next year we'll be celebrating all over again!!!

congratulations, i know u guys have to stay at school alot longer than us brits, but id prefer it that way, i dont think id be in my current situation if i HAD to stay at school.
but anyways, like ive already said congratulations, enjoy the freedom from listening to tutors drivel on for hours on end  |

Thanks guys, for all the kind words and encouragement and such. I was actually gonna post this topic, but UP beat me to it. So yeah, it's finally over...well, for now at least, because I do plan on going to grad school for an MBA sometime in the hopefully near future. The only problem is that most school wants 2 years of work experience before you go for an MBA now.
The graduation was really nice, however, the most disorganized thing I have ever seen. And I am very disappointed in my fellow classmates for being incredibly disrespectful. You see, during my specific college's diploma ceremony, after about the first 1/4 of the people were given their diplomas, people started leaving! The graduates! So that by the time the last row was getting theirs, there was almost no one left. It was incredibly disrespectful, and just as I suspected, the people that I went to school with are absolute garbage...but that's a different story.
And on top of all this, I'm also kinda pissed that the diploma they gave us looks like something that could have been done on a computer. All it says is my name, and that I have a Bachelors of Science. It doesn't say that my degree is in Marketing, or that my minor was PHILOSOPHY (NOT Theology...sorry babe...), and it's disappointing because now I don't have anything that I can be proud about displaying in my office or home. All I have is some stupid piece of paper that's just like everyone else's. And what I don't understand is why they sent me a card at the beginning of the semester asking me what I wanted on my degree...including my major and minor areas of study. It doesn't make sense to me. But whatever I guess...
But all in all, it was a good 4 years, and despite my complaining, the day was nice, and it's good to finally be done. |

dude, it was just wrong. I was watching Fairfield's Graduation, and it was really organized, and no one left inthe middle of it. I have to say, that just seems liek disrespect.
All in all, congrads, but i wish the ceremony was nicer.
