In Texas we hanve the Death penalty. Other states are trying to get rid of it but not us...In fact we've made it more efficient..See in Texas if you commit a murder and there are 3 witnesses that say you did it you won't get to sit on death row for 10 or 15 years you get pushed on up to the front. Other states are getting rid of the Death Penalty but not Texas..Nope we're putting in an express line!
