Okay, first, I hate art thieves, and there are so many on Deviant Art it makes me sick. I always make it a point to find the original art that they ripped from and report the deviation, but I'm having trouble this time.
I found this chick on DA. I know she's ripping/thieving artwork because on her featured deviation, there is a tell-tale horizontal line in the center of the picture that tells me that this picture was either a pinup or it was in a book. Plus, if you look through her gallery, the coloring/drawing styles of the pictures and the quality of the artwork vary so drastically, I can't believe that all of it is her original work. She claims that it is. I don't believe her.
Anyway, I'm having trouble finding where she's stolen the images from, and no one on 4chan was able to help, so I'm hoping someone here might recognize the pictures. Here's the link to the account: ::click::
Check out her featured deviation and PLEASE tell me I am not imagining this.

It does look a little suspect from where im sitting .. as her deviations arnt really concise ...then again you could say that about mine as my work does vary .. but mine are signed some where in the pictures .. i cant see any signing in these .. im sorry i cant help but i dont know much about anime work of arts but i will have a talk to some people who do .. i know that if my work was copied and passed off as some one elses i wouldnt be very happy .. buit thats why all my stuff is copywritten and i would take legal action against the culprit |

Update!
4chan came through for me! The Featured Deviation is art she stole from a "Please Teach! My Angel" artbook, art by Tetsuya Ohno. I've reported her, but I'm still looking for a digital image just in case the Policy Violation Report wasn't enough. Do anyone have a good source for anime images, preferably with a search feature, so that I can find it?
Also, if anyone recognizes any of her other work from somewhere, please let me know. <3

*nod nod* No signitures, and while I can understand people having variations between their art pieces, you can tell hers are by different artists alltogether.
The work was copywritten, but that doesn't keep people from stealing it =)

no your quite right it dosnt stop them but it can deter some .. but in a way although i wouldnt be happy if some one passed mine off as theres .. at least they thought it good enough to pass it off .. but i know what you mean though its not fair to the people who have put thier heart and soul into thier work only for some one to steal it and pass it off as thiers when no work has been done by them .. i will report her too as im also a member in deviant .. |

HAHA  ! I read that. *shakes head* Some people...bejesus on a cracker.
Anyway, good work guys =) The stolen artwork has been removed ^_^ I have her bookmarked (I have a special folder for people like her ~_~'') and will be checking up on her periodically.
One thief that I've reported before threw a fit after her deviations were removed, posting slander about Deviant Art in her journal, then said "I'm going to Sheezy Art!" So I replied to her journal saying "Awe, I liked your work! Where's your SA account?" Then I went and reported her to SA X)! I am VINDICTIVE.

Yeah, that's a flaw in the DA system. Take awhile for things to pop up, and things to go away.
