Could use 3, 7, 10, 13, 19, 22, 26, 28, 29 (although I think I've seen that one before), 39.

Considering that all the Mega Man games have a Lava background of some sort, that one isn't quite fair.
I even have some of the names, but it won't take them. So I have 25 out of 40.
Missing: 1,3,6,7,9,10,13,19,20(I know it's Kirby, I just can't remember the title.),23,27,28,34,38,39 |

ahh... I'm at 33 now.
I took a closer look at 5 (duh), 23 (doh), 26 (duh) and 27 (Forgot about that one) and figured out what they were. |
