After talking it over with our host (who, even though we went down, is still awesome), it seems as one of the servers that was on our rack was attacked with unlimited packet requests.
In English:
One of the computers that was on the same internet switch as our server was basically attacked by a bot of some sort that was sending request after request.
This was sucking up all of the bandwidth to all of the computers on the switch and was making it unable for any of your requests to get to pocketotaku.com to get through.
They have made the necessary modifications so it doesn't happen again.
