The EA/NFL deal will have repercussions felt far and wide for a long time to come. Possibly the entire 5 year period it's in effect. |

Actually, XSN pretty much flopped for MS compared to what ESPN games had on XBox and what PS2 had with their games. When they cancelled XSN, I pretty much figured these games were going to disappear. Nice to hear that Top Spin will still be made. That was a pretty damn good game. |

Back to the topic at hand, I am not much of a sports game player to begin with. However, having watched Excel and others play them, I agree that the ESPN games kind of had it wrapped up as far as sports games go with Xbox. I don't like sports games, and they were at least interesting for me to watch (which says a lot coming from me...I don't watch most sports video games). |
