I always thought that M$ was trying to take over the world. Maybe EA and M$ are going to share...

Well note the wording of this piece:

Electronic Arts announced that it has acquired a stake in French publisher Ubisoft. The investment amounts to 19.9% of Ubisoft stock, just enough to stay under the threshold of certain disclosure regulations, bought in one go from trading firm Talpa Beheer BV. The deal is not yet complete, but EA expects it will go through after the U.S. government grants antitrust clearance.

Note the "just enough to stay under the threshold of certain disclosure regulations" section. It's getting scary.

Hahaha I found an Easier way to but $ in EA, mostly beucase of the $ports thing, which is EA$
